God is not ours to shape and mold, but to know and behold. To know God is to allow Him to challenge us in our beliefs, convict us in our sin, and draw us to Himself for His good will and sovereign pleasure.
FAQs
What denomination are you?
We are a non-denominational church group. We do lean more towards a Calvinistic/Reformed doctrine of belief but welcome all who want to learn more about Jesus and be challenged in their beliefs.
What do you do for your services?
We follow the typical worship and teaching order of services, but at the end we also have a discussion time focused around 1 question shared by the pastor centered around the sermon. We believe this is an extremely valuable part of our worship as we spend that time challenging each other, praying for each other, and be vulnerable and encouraging. It helps us not form cliques in our church and form relationships with everyone in the room.
How big is your group?
We are averaging between 15-25 people per service. Don’t let that stop you! We are continuing to grow but still maintain that small church feeling where we focus on authenticity of worship over high-production.
Do you have anything for children?
Right now we have our kids join us during our times of worship and then join our childrens leader for Bible based crafts! The kids are not in a separate room but are in an area designated for children inside the main worship room, so you will always be able to see your child while still being able to concentrate on the message!
When are your services?
We meet every Sunday at 3300 Spenard Rd at 11:0 a.m., but the doors open at 10:30 a.m. if you would like some free coffee! You may also watch us LIVE on our Facebook page at the same time. We also post our podcast LIVE on Facebook and YouTube as well on Tuesday or Wednesday evening. There’s lots of ways to join us, but in person is always the best!
Who can I talk to for more information?
Your best bet would be to email Phillip! He generally responds quickly and would love talk to you about all your questions! Another method is to visit our Facebook page and send us a message on there.
